Art Deco lamp in genuine Tiffany stained glass "Palmette 1919 Black and Gold"
Directly inspired by the stained glass windows of Villa Laralde in Biarritz that belonged to Gabrielle, known as Coco Chanel (https://lumiere-et-vitrail.fr/galerie-huisseries/#jp-carousel-675)
Opalescent glasses Pure White and Lacquered Black on which a thread of patinated 22K gold is encrusted by fusing.
No less than 4 firings of 18 hours are necessary to manufacture this lamp: the originally flat glasses are subjected to a temperature of 680° in order to bend on specially made to measure moulds.
Black weathered welds for an old look
Base in aged solid gilded oak with a gum lacquer antique patina finish
E14 bulb with 25 W LEDs supplied providing soft but bright lighting
2 meter black lead with switch
Width 23 m, Depth 10 cm, Height 37 cm
